The Email Problem
A historical email flaw means that cybercriminals can impersonate almost any domain and deliver fake emails to inboxes on your behalf. This causes business damage and impacts the deliverability of the emails you legitimately send.
You must ensure that your email security prevents the potential financial and reputational damage caused by phishing, spoofing, and other impersonation attacks using your company’s domain.
of all phishing attacks arrive via email — making it the #1 threat vector for organisations.
spoofed emails are sent every single day, exploiting unprotected domains worldwide.
is all it takes for Sendmarc to bring your domain to full DMARC enforcement.
The Sendmarc Solution
Sendmarc uses DMARC to take organisations to full protection against impersonation and spoofing attacks. Designed to enable DMARC compliance quickly and seamlessly for organisations of any size.
Automatically takes your domain from monitoring (p=none) to full enforcement (p=reject) within 90 days, blocking all spoofed emails.
Specifies exactly which mail servers are authorised to send on your behalf. Any unauthorised server is blocked at the DNS level.
Adds a cryptographic signature to every outgoing email, proving it hasn't been tampered with and that it genuinely came from your domain.
Clear dashboards showing every source sending as your domain — legitimate or otherwise — with alerts for suspicious activity.
Supports UK NCSC, Ireland's Public Sector Baseline Standard, NIS2, and major inbox provider requirements from Google, Yahoo and Microsoft.
BeSecureOnline handles the entire process as your Sendmarc Elite Partner — from audit through to enforcement and ongoing monitoring.
Using DMARC
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance) lets you decide which messages get accepted and lets you see who is using your domain.
What is DMARC?
DMARC builds on SPF and DKIM to verify the identity of the sender and the integrity of the message. It also provides a way for email receivers to report back to senders about messages that pass or fail authentication checks.
How does it work?
DMARC works by adding a TXT record to your DNS, specifying how receivers should handle messages that claim to come from your domain. When a receiver gets an email, it checks SPF and DKIM signatures, then compares those domains with the From header.
If the domains align according to your DMARC policy, the message is delivered. If not, the receiver follows your policy — reject, quarantine, or none — protecting your recipients from fraudulent email.
