BeSecureOnline seeks an IT Help Engineer for a growth-oriented support role based in Dublin – Role is Hybrid

12 Month Contract / Permanent

Duties Include:

• Provide premium phone, email and remote support for customer to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Perform basic triage to ensure the best resolution.
• Keep the client appraised of all issues throughout the process.
• Take an active part in team conference calls.
• Logging calls (tickets) and keeping records of customer queries
• Take an active interest in upskilling, identify training opportunities.
• Proactively engage with clients to make issues resolved. 
• Keep Service Delivery Manager and team members informed of activities.)
• Update timesheets on a daily basis

• Speak English clearly and good written skills (email) 
• Know the business impact of ICT Systems and devices
• Follow & work through all issues to customers’ satisfaction

• Ability to perform service desk admin functions to a high standard
